I have to say Northern Lights is pretty good. Great customer service can always sway my review and it sure did this time. The pizza toppings were a little sparse and the size of the slices was inconsistent. The sauce tasted a little spicy to me and the breadsticks were sitting in salty oil, eww. We got a medium 2 topping with breadsticks and 2 cans of soda. Including tip it came to a little over 18 bucks. BUT The guy on the phone was quick and friendly. The delivery driver said hi to my daughter who was standing by the door. She usually gets ignored by the delivery guy. Then when I called my son in from across the street he helped me out by yelling for him too! My son thought it was so cool the "pizza guy" knew his name! Ha Ha. It was good enough to try it again. I'm looking forward to the alfredo pizza and hot wings. They're also open as late as 2 am!!

Not much to say about this place really. If you've had Domino's then you've had Northern Lights. I might give it a razor thin edge over Domino's but it's pretty much the same disgusting stuff. I hear their "scooby snacks" are good but I've never tried them. Once was enough to know I didn't want seconds. At least the delivery driver was prompt and friendly though.

Man, I REALLY want to give them 5 stars. But there customer service is horrendous, so I just can't. When I first discovered Northern Lights I became and immediate addict. Seriously. I ordered it at least 3 or 4 times a month, which to me is enough to be embarrassing. I don't know what it is about this place, but I love it. I crave it. Even now that I live in Chicago, a city with some pretty amazing pizza, I still wish I could dial up my neighborhood Northern Lights, be placed on hold for 10 minutes, have my order taken by a young girl who just has to be stoned, and in the end, get the wrong kind of crust delivered to me. The Meal for Two was always my weakness. While ordering something called a Meal for Two for one is admittedly a little sad, it is too good for me to care. The bread sticks are incredible, and it provided dinner for a least a couple of days. I have already planned to order from here on my next trip back to KC. Hopefully it is still as good.

The crusts on these pizzas are awesome. I favor the tasty Cajun. I prefer this place over chains and all the local pizza places we've tried so far. It's a bit greasy, but delicious. They typically deliver quickly. The Scooby snacks are great for snack time. The only issue we had was when we ordered online we got a bottle of their butter sauce (delightful), and they called later to tell us that they were out. They offered a desert or appetizer in exchange, which I was satisfied with. Then they went above and beyond though and threw in some free brownies! I'm very happy with the level of customer service, which is what wins over my long term patronage. I'll never go back to cheap chains. Thank you, Northern Lights Pizza! Stay awesome!

shitty customer service, their website shows coupons i asked for the one of them and was told that the coupons are expired, and that i would need to print it off to use it. they have never made me print off the coupons before, now they ask for them. went back and looked online and it shows the coupon not expiring until 10-15-15. will not order from again edit: i called the store back and got someone who seemed like they wanted to do their job and they were extremely helpful, corporate responded quick as well.

Like others I want to rate this place higher because the food is pretty good (even if it does always upset my stomach a little the following morning) and I USUALLY have no issues with ordering online (aside from the fact that it always says my order will be delivered in 40 minutes even though the time always varies and is usually longer) but my most recent experience may have sealed its fate. Just when I thought this was "my" delivery place. My wife is out of town and I'm home with a nine month old alone so after she went down I ordered myself a Scooby Snack, breadsticks, and soda deal at 9:26. As usual it says my delivery time will be around forty minutes but I wait an hour before becoming concerned. I call around 10:45. Nothing. No answer. No machine. NOTHING. Wait a few minutes and try again. Same thing. Repeat every five-ten minutes or so until it's after midnight and I know they are closed. My debit card shows the pending change from my order but I got NOTHING. I guess I'm going to bed hungry tonight. Thanks Northern Lights. Note: When you actually get your pizza it's tasty and very reasonably priced and to be fair I've never had an issue like this before but isn't once enough?

I ordered a half pepperoni, half chicken pizza. I was going to order with more sauce, but decided on the parmesan crust instead. Didn't really care for the crust the pizza wasn't hot on delivery...maybe warm. I tried to eat it all before it got cold. Yeah, so what if I ate the whole thing. The toppings are underneath which I didn't mind. For a second, I thought I ordered a cheese pizza. The chicken side was less than OK, unlike the pepperoni. It took over an hour for the delivery. I was displeased and my tummy didn't feel well the rest of the night. That's what happens when you ask for delivery to your hotel. Rawr.
